You reading this means you want more of life and you are different from others waiting in the corners of their bedrooms for a miracle.
You an action taker and I respect that. But being an action taker is not enough anymore because you need to take the right actions.

Personally, I've been a mega victim of false doctrines in the past, I consumed all those contents with high promises and pop psychology, hypnosis, Nlp and all that. And all I got was days of motivation and good feelings at best and more horrible feelings at worst.
I couldn't get rid of the horrible thoughts and low self esteem that was plaguing me until I stumbled into a different aspect of psychology that made everything clear.
And I'll be opening the floodgates to you. The mistake we usually make is that we go about looking for something to fix us. But there is nothing wrong with us. You are perfect and I'm not motivating you.
